Internet Marketing On The Go

The idea of internet marketing, at least for me was the idea of freedom. The ability to go where I wanted and continue to produce an income weather I’m behind the computer or not.

I am an outside person, so the idea of spending days on end behind the computer made me very crazy. In the beginning I did spend a lot of time mashing the keyboard trying to get internet marketing figured out.

Ideas for marketing seem to hit me when I’m not anywhere near my computer and my mind is a million miles away from internet marketing. I’m sure there is some psychology behind why this happens. Anyway, I scramble for a notebook or piece of paper to jot down my idea to put on my blog or to create an article out of and then stuff it in my pocket.

Usually the next time I see that note pad or piece of paper is in the clothes dryer wadded into a tight ball and the note no longer legible. I then remember that some stellar idea struck me and I had to write it down. If only I could remember what I wrote! Ugh!

Now I have remedied my dilemma. My Blackberry has everything on it that I need.

I have WordPress on it. I can create blog post directly on my phone and submit my posts immediately. As a matter of fact that is how I’m writing this post right now. My kids are doing their Martial Arts training and I’m adding content to my blog.

    Oh, the many ways we can produce content!!! I love technology, some people (the ones that do not use it) see this as a curse on our society. Well, if done with manners you can work where ever you want all is well.

    Your right, the best ideas sometime reveal themselves when we are out and about. I think mobile devices are going to surpass the laptop and desktop within 5 years.

    Manners is right. I do respect social etiquette when I am working on my Blackberry. I have a hard time sitting behind the computer screen for more than two hours.

    Those are some great apps for sure. I used to have a Blackberry… but that was before I really was doing any internet marketing.

    I actually have a Nokia N95… but only really use to “check” things. I'm more of a computer guy, that's just me.

    Gotta love how resourceful you are though.
