Sponsor to win tip #1: Don’t fish for your downline teach them how. If you want to succeed in MLM, don’t waste your time, your time is valuable don’t let one person in your downline monopolize it away from the bigger picture. Spending all day mono e mono takes All DAY. Teaching your downline as a group rather than each individual maximizes your efforts and they learn from each other.Simply put, working one on one with everyone you bring on board is going to STOP your ability to sponsor NEW people.

Sponsoring Big #2: Edify, entice and encourage.  Treat every person like they matter, because they do.  Become skilled at finding people’s individual strengths and edifying those strengths.

Sponsor Success #3: DECIDE how many people that you’re going to sponsor on a DAILY basis. When you know what you want it’s easier to get it.

Sponsor Big #4: OUTSOURCE everything you can to free up your time. What I’m saying is, did you really get involved with MLM to work like a slave? For example, I don’t want to be on the phone 24/7 doing 3 way calls. I don’t want to do meetings 6 nights a week for the next 20 years.  I don’t want to do ALL of my own marketing myself…  Why bother when there are people who are just as capable who will do a GREAT JOB and be thankful for – an hour?

Why crawl when you can run? TRUST and outsource to TRULY leverage yourself.

MLM Sponsoring Tip #6: Learn to generate YOUR OWN leads.  Look, I’ve heard the stories about those people who have bought opportunity seeker leads… but those people are the exception, not the rule.  That’s why my friend Tom Challan, for example encourages people to learn how to attract prospects through marketing technologies today, because if he had combined his {sponsoring strategies with attraction marketing methods, he would have been able to double his results.  (He sponsored 500 people in a year from cold leads back in 2005).~This is the exact reason why even industry gurus who have sponsored cold like that before recommend that individuals learn how to create their own lead flow.~Even phone gurus who can sponsor anyone they talk to recommend that you learn how to generate your own leads.}  The most important skill in MLM is actually marketing, if you could imagine.  Learn to market yourself in an attractive way and you’ll be WAY ahead of the crowd.  Go figure.

Javafit was founded in 2003 when 2 friends were looking for ways to stay fit without making any major lifestyle changes. They decided that most people enjoy coffee so why not use something that people cannot get enough of.

Javafit has a strong leadership team in place and the company appears to be well funded.
They claim to have to only functional gourmet coffee. The coffee comes in 5 different varieties. They have a diet coffee, energy coffee, focus coffee, immune coffee and a gourmet original.

Javafit appears to be going after the energy drink market that is so popular right now.

After a careful review of Javafit I have found that Javafit is not a scam.

I reviewed the training portion of the company website and could not find any training on how to market on line. They covered all the “Old School” techniques but nothing on marketing, on line, like the top 3%. This is the missing piece of the puzzle. This is why 97% of the people in this business will fail. The “Old School” requires you to make a list of 100 family and friends, drag people to meetings, pass out fliers, hand out business cards, etc… Some people have been successful at the old way of doing business but very few. Here is why. Most of the people on your list probably don’t understand or believe in Network marketing. They also are not interested in being in business for themselves. So these people are very hard to convert into your down line.

To solve this problem, I use a philosophy that is called Attraction Marketing. Attraction Marketing teaches you how to brand yourself, how to promote “You Inc.” It allows you to target people that are familiar with network marketing and people that want to go into business. It is far easier to convert a former network marketer or someone looking to get into business for them than it is to convert uncle Ted.

By using Attraction Marketing, leads now contact me on a daily basis. I have now become the hunted instead of the hunter. I have not had to chase down one person to get into my business in the last 6 months. Everyone that has joined my business has contacted me and asked about my opportunity.

My morning consists of turning on my computer, see who contacted me and begin calling the leads that are asking for my information. Don’t get me wrong I still use some “old school” methods but I mostly use the power of the Internet and Attraction Marketing. It only took me about one month to begin to generate daily leads without leaving my home office. Once you get to that point you will be able to explode the Javafit business and make your sponsor jealous.

We all know that Facebook is the fastest growing social media site on the planet. So that means you can have an inexhaustible amount of leads.

The trick is how do you get those leads? I will give you some basics on how to begin to attract leads to your business on Facebook.

#1 The first mistake new and experienced marketers make is promoting their opportunity out in front. Newbies tend to blast their website and opportunity to any new friend they add to their list.
This type of activity turns most people away.

When I am sent a friend request with a message telling me about their awesome opportunity, I always ignore the request. I am a marketer myself and I do not like to be sold. I know most folks feel the same way. Facebook is a social site, so you first need to socialize. Get to know one another, develop a relationship and build trust. Once that trust is established then the time to present your opportunity will present it self. The conversation will always lead to “What is it that you do?” That is the time to present your opportunity. I know this is different than what your up line trained you to do. I’m sure you were told to talk to everyone about your awesome product and opportunity. That may or may not work for your off line efforts but I will tell you that it certainly does not work in your on line efforts.

#2 Bring value to the on line community. This goes back to #1, instead of constantly posting your business opportunity 20 times a day, post some educational material or links to one of your blog posts. Create some content that will help others build their on line business. This will help position you as a leader and not as a spammer. I’m telling you this because I had to learn this lesson for myself. It didn’t take me long to learn I wasn’t getting any results by posting my business opportunity 20 times a day.. I then learned what Attraction Marketing was all about. I learned I had to add value to the community then people would be Attracted to what I had to say. When the trust was established then I could talk about my opportunity. I know this goes against traditional marketing but traditional marketing doesn’t work in the on line arena.

#3 Target your prospects.
If you are looking to build your mlm business using Facebook you will want to connect with other mlm people. Why should you connect with other mlm people? We all know that this is a tough business and that 97% will quit within the first year. That is where your value comes in. If you can share with someone how to get a few leads you have given them more than their sponsor ever has. Do you think that person you helped might want to listen to what you have to say. When you can show them how to get results they will eventually follow you. This means the more value you provide them the more they see you as a leader and will do whatever you want them to do. Primarily join YOUR opportunity!

#4 Join groups. Look for groups that are formed for network marketing. Use the search feature in Facebook and search for mlm, network marketing or specific mlm companies. When you find a group that you want to target, go to the members button to see everyone that is involved in the group. Begin by hitting “Add as a Friend” button. When the window opens you will see “Send a personal Message”. Click on that link and a message box will open. Type in a short note, then hit “Send Message”. You will get a better response by typing a note. Especially if you looked at the intended friend’s profile and make a comment about something in their profile. It could be as simple as “Nice profile. I like to connect with like minded people. Want to exchange ideas on how to build our business? Have a great day!” Never plug your business opportunity in the friend request note. I try to connect with 50 people a day using this method.

My goal is not to give you an article that is just going to get you all excited and direct you to another website, I’m going to show you how to increase traffic dramatically using article and video marketing. I’m going to teach you the four steps I use to generate a tremendous amount of traffic, you will have to perform these steps systematically to achieve the same results I get. You will want to do this process as often as possible. Once a day is the best formula for results, but most people are just too busy. Do it at least one time a week.

Now we will get into the first strategy. Your first article should be of an educational nature.. It is not necessary to have a stellar video or article but it should be educational and sincere. If you continually work at article and video marketing, your bank account will swell tremendously. The 80/20 rule will apply. 80% of your leads will come from 20% of your efforts. When writing articles, they don’t have to be large, You will do much better with many small articles.

The same thing works for videos also. Create something valuable in your category and put it on the web. Put your video all over the web. Put it on your blog, video sites or on article sites. Just get it out there.

2. In step two you will want to make a video. All the video needs to do is talk about the article you just produced, then post it to all the sites you possibly can. Video marketing is very easy to do, search engines love them and they generate traffic very fast. Making a video is super simple. All you need to do is get in front of your web cam and talk for a couple of minutes about the article you just wrote. Some marketers use a service called Traffic Geyser to promote their videos on line. Make sure that all your links, with your video point back to your original content..

3. Write a little article or an altered version of the same article and send it out to all the different directories. The best thing about articles is they continue to generate traffic for you and they stay on the Internet for extended periods of time. Credibility is what you want to build and that’s what article writing will do for you. It also makes you look like an expert in your niche. You must continue to use them. I use software that submits my articles automatically.

4. Make sure to do it every day. Consistently put this plan into action and and it will work very well for you. Don’t worry if you think your videos and articles are sub par this system will still get you results. The sweet thing is that this four part system will work if your content is second rate. Of course it will work better if you have awesome content. You must work this strategy consistently, over time, to get long term results. Now go and submit your material to article sites at least once a day. Are you asking why you should work this plan over the next 90 to 100 days? Your brain will do flip flops when you see the amount of traffic and leads that will pour in. This system will work that well for you. Keep using this strategy and everyone will see you at the top of the search engines.

Article marketing is fairly simple to do but it does take some time to make your first article but the results are worth every minute you put into it. You can write some articles and bring leads into you MLM business. There are some secret techniques that must be used to be successful with article marketing. Consistent action is required to make article marketing effective for your MLM business. You don’t have to be a master writer for this to work. As long as you are passionate about your material, people will pick up on it. Now write an article, keep it around 500 to 700 words, and broadcast it to all the article sites. I use a software program called Automatic Article Submitter to help me submit my articles. It is the best software that I have found.

#3 Video Marketing
Video marketing is also very powerful way to build your MLM business. All you need is a cheap web cam. Get in front of the cam and talk about the info in the article you just wrote about, then attach it to your article and put it on article directories. Google loves videos and they keep their ranking for a long time. Make sure your links all point back to your original content. I use YouTube to host my videos because it is free.

#4 Blog
A blog should be the center piece of your MLM marketing efforts. Your blog lends you credibility. This is where all your original content will be displayed Make sure that all your marketing efforts direct people back to your blog.

Long story short, I got three people to sign up and they all quit within the first year. I finally figured out that the people on my list were not people that wanted to go into business for themselves. The people I was trying to get into my opportunity were people with a Employee mind set. These people were into security. They wanted no risk, a steady paycheck and a retirement plan.

I then had an Ah Ha moment and realized I had to start talking to people that were either familiar with network marketing or wanted to be in business for themselves. How was I going to find these people? The Internet was a natural conclusion. Fortunately I was taken in by a mentor that already had success building his business using the internet.
